1. General Refund Principles
We are committed to delivering high-quality educational seminars and content. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all participants while allowing us to maintain the quality and continuity of our programs.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the guidelines outlined below. Approval of a refund request is not guaranteed and depends on the timing of the request and the circumstances provided.
2. Eligible Purchases
The following types of purchases may be eligible for a refund under the conditions described in this policy:
- Single seminar or workshop registrations
- Course bundle purchases
- Subscription plan payments
- On-demand content access fees
Purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers are subject to the refund policy of that respective third party. We are not responsible for refunds on transactions not processed directly through our platform.
3. Refund Timeframes
3.1 Live Seminar Registrations
Refund requests for live seminars or scheduled sessions must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Requests received within 7 days of the event date will not be eligible for a full refund. A partial credit may be offered at our discretion.
3.2 On-Demand and Recorded Content
For on-demand courses or recorded content, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that no more than 20% of the course content has been accessed or consumed. Once significant progress has been made, the purchase is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
3.3 Subscription Plans
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. If you cancel your subscription before the next renewal date, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing cycle.
Exceptions may be considered if a billing error occurred or if access to the platform was unavailable due to technical issues on our end for a significant period during the billing cycle.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Purchases where promotional or discounted pricing was applied
- Downloadable materials or resources that have already been accessed or downloaded
- Completion certificates or credentials already issued
- Gift cards or prepaid credits
- Seminar registrations where the participant attended the session
- Purchases older than 30 days from the transaction date

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days of receipt. Additional time may be required to review the circumstances of the request.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors once a refund has been approved and initiated on our end.
7. Transfers and Credits
In cases where a refund is not eligible, we may offer the following alternatives at our discretion:
- Session Transfer: Transferring your registration to another available seminar or session of equal value
- Platform Credit: Issuing a credit balance to your account, redeemable toward future purchases on our platform
These alternatives are offered as a goodwill gesture and do not constitute an obligation. Credits issued have an expiry period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
8. Technical Issues and Service Disruptions
If you were unable to access or complete a seminar or course due to a verified technical failure on our platform, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and, where confirmed, offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a full or partial refund, a session transfer, or platform credit.
Refund requests based on personal technical difficulties, such as issues with your own device, internet connection, or browser, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are generally not eligible for a refund.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension or termination of your account access while the dispute is under review.
If a chargeback is filed in error or found to be unsubstantiated, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and recover the associated funds and fees.
